Planning to Adopt at an Event?
If you’re hoping to take home your new family member the same day, we strongly encourage completing an adoption application in advance for pre-approval. Please come prepared with a valid photo ID, your veterinarian’s contact information, and a copy of your lease agreement or pet policy (if applicable). Please bring all family members, including resident dogs if interested in adopting a dog.
While we do our best to accommodate everyone, please note that specific animals may no longer be available by the time you arrive or may already be pre-approved for another family. We highly recommend listing 1–2 additional pets of interest on your application in case your first choice is no longer available.
