PRE-APPROVAL PROCESS

Please note that for same day adoptions, you must be at least 21 years old and the following is needed at the event:

• Valid Photo I.D. 
• Leash or carrier to bring your pet home
• Copy of building pet policy if you’re a renter or co-op owner
• If you are a current or former pet owner, a copy of vet records that state that your resident pet is or was up to date on all vaccines and preventatives, as well as proof of neuter/spay 
• All family members in the home and resident dogs must be present at the event

Early Bird Admission:
$20/adult
$5/child 5+

General Admission:
$5/person, for ages 5+
